The temperature in the fridge or freezer section is too high

Large quantities of food have been placed in the cabinet, door is frequently opened, or air ventilation is obstructed.

Check that air ventilation is not obstructed and ensure the doors are not left open.

The freezer door will not open

Air pressure difference between the inside and outside of the freezer.

Leave the door for a few minutes to allow the air pressure to equalize.
